Nina Washington has years of experience providing professional entertainment consulting, and artist management services to creatives in Philadelphia and the surrounding regions. In 2020 Nina created NinaBuilds, an artist management and consulting company. From strategic planning to innovative solutions, her focus has always been on building an efficient and results-driven relationship. 

A dynamic emerging leader in the music and entertainment industry, Nina aspires to help full time independent musicians and creatives, reach their career goals. Nina is determined on offering positive and creative ideas that incorporate social good. ​As a successful artist manager, Nina Washington is committed to providing professional significant impacts on the life of the artists that she works with. Having excellent communication skills that enable her to advocate effectively for the artist's needs. Her talents for building and sustaining relationships within the industry, opens doors for performances, partnerships, and promotions. Focused on being organized, strategic, and flexible, has allowed Nina to maneuver through the dynamic music industry landscape.

The success of a manager can be measured by the success of the artist they have worked with, and the sustainability of the relationships built along the way. In 2023, Carla Gamble and Nina Washington produced a concert called "Voices of Philly Soul" at World Cafe Live. In celebration of Women's History Month, the event centered around providing a performance platform for independent women artist in Philadelphia, New Jersey, and the surrounding areas. Nina managed collaborations and support from Philadelphia City Council, Uncle Nearest Whiskey (which is a woman lead distillery), and local social influencers. In 2024 Nina expanded Voices of Philly Soul partnerships, to include Punch Line Philly (LiveNation), and Ensemble Arts Philly (Philadelphia Orchestra), while continuing her partnership with World Cafe Live. Now in its third year, Voices of Philly Soul continues to be a huge success.

In addition to management, Nina uses her artistic skills to create engaging graphics, and social media designs, that bring to life the vision of the artists and creatives she works with. She is credited for numerous album covers, videography, and event graphics. A student at Boyer College of Music and Dance at Temple University, Nina is also credited as a songwriter for a number of recording tracks.

Her advocacy work is equally as inspiring, raising awareness for important causes, blending creativity with a commitment to making a difference. In 2023, Carla Gamble under the management of Nina Washington, created an initiative to bring awareness to the lack of literacy for children in underserved communities. Through a partnership with FirstBook, and The Build-A-Bear Foundation, Nina and Carla was able to provide free books and Build-A-Bear "Reading Buddies" to two Kindergarten classes in the North Philadelphia area. Nina and Carla continue to provide free books to children in the Philadelphia region. Nina truly embodies the spirit of using talent for the greater good.
